Major ships punishment for onboard crime is called PM (paint mermaid) you go outside in a vacc suit and hand roller the paint on from a special dispenser.

No its the equivalent of a Light Explorer or Destroyer. It serves as a mobile homebase for several squadrons of scouts and is home to 5 squadrons of interceptors.
