Had this NASA background for a number of years, always meaning to use it in some pic or other. Well I think its found a home as the asteroid that the Enterprise tries to divert its course from crashing into an inhabited class M planet, inhabited by a primitive culture based on Amerind society of the seventeenth century.

Full view makes sweet wallpaper.

Nice work, like the bright white treatment, gives those JJ prise nacelles an organic look like bleached bones. Blue bussard collectors also look cool. :)

Did Wallace tweak with the initial movie design when making this model?

which begs the question, have you released the conversions somewhere? other than a note to the effect that you would be doing there is nothing on Ricky's site even resembling a download button.

Very nice indeed. I'm old school Trek so even though the movie version is altered and stylized (for reasons I totally accept) it holds all the original charm and iconic power. Your image captures it beautifully. Well done my friend :)

Thanks very much, when I get around to finishing my "E" Enterprise then I may try something but voyager is a no go area for me, I can't stand the design of the ship.

I don't understand your comment, I watched enterprise last (in the 2000's) but saw kirk n co in the late 60s early 70's. I just don't like voyager, I personally think the design is a wannabe not a definitive.
